UPDATED: Captain, My Captain

I finally got a hold of a Calphalon representative. They are sending me my lids free of charge as a courtesy. ^_^

I guess now I'm a life customer.

That's awesome, Al. Once the 'racks' in our toaster (where the bread rests) bent all out of joint and wouldn't go down properly, etc.. etc.. and the toaster co. gave us a new toaster without even asking for photos to verify.

It was quite a pleasant experience.
